Our Team

Andy Pitchford
Registered Patent Attorney

Andy specializes in patent and trademark preparation and prosecution.  His technical background spans electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mathematics, and computer science.  He has written approximately 500 patent applications which is more than most patent attorneys you'll ever meet.  Andy also particularly enjoys getting cases across the finish line that have languished in prosecution elsewhere and analyzing exposure risks for patents being asserted against clients.  Andy holds bar licenses in Missouri, Tennessee, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Eric enjoys a particularly varied practice. His technical experience spans mechanical engineering, biology, and food sciences. He practices in patent and trademark preparation and prosecution as well as litigation. Eric holds bar licenses in Delaware, New York, Tennessee, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
